The set do comes with a Micro USB cable which now a days also using by phones and a separate power supply with jack. If you plugged the USB port to your PC and the power adapter to the mains at the same time there should be no problem
For the charging, yes it will auto cut-off the charging automatically to prevent over charging. But off course we are still not recommending charging the device 24/7.

For the free screen protector, is there a choice of glossy or matt ?
Will the box be seal upon delivery or open ? If there happen to be defects, can we change it on the spot during delivery ?
What brand / model is the free micro SD card ? Can we upgrade to 32GB instead since can support up to 32GB. Would be a waste of the 16GB as I need to upgrade. How much ?

The 2 thing u ar looking for , mostly is what most of us is thinking n looking for too. However AC Ryan has already mention that the case cover will be released lately nxt month.
Other known accessories will it need to if AC Ryan support or willing to mass produce for their 1st tablet !

Till now , we have yet to receive any updates from official update from AC Ryan or their Representative . Therefore it's really a tough decision if there is any defect during the delivery, as it may not have enough stock to provide 1 to 1 exchange.

Because the rule of averages states that the more often one does something stupid, the higher the chance that something will go wrong sooner or later.
Doesn't mean there's a failsafe in there means it will always be there to cover ur arse. Sh*t happens, thus the sellers will not offer stupid advice like "It's ok to leave it charging 24/7" to cover their own backsides.
Maybe be patient and give them some time to respond? Let's be realistic and expect some issues (hopefully minor) along the way. Perhaps they should firstly annouce the expected delivery date, instead of leaving things vague like "The estimated delivery will be 2 to 3 weeks".
If urgently in need, maybe can try those for Samsung galaxy tab 7.0 plus. The dimensions are quite close, as mentioned in post 39.
Sorry to say that self collection is currently not possible. When the stocks are here then we will let you know and you can drop by at our service center. Please check your invoice for the address.
We still have'nt launch this model to the market. The availability most probably will be on first week of July .
It comes with glossy screen protector. The box is not sealed, but we will be wrapping it then deliver to you. SD card came from Silicon Power and is not upgradeable.
In case there is a defect, changing the unit is possible. Please report it to us immediately after receiving.
