Hello! Can anyone give some urgent advice on which lecturer are better in the F2, F3 & F5?

For F2, which lecturer is better?
* Mr Ben Lee - SAA
* Mr Edgar Wong - SAA
* Ms Elaine Tan - Kaplan

For F3, which lecturer is better?
* Mr Chee Hay Kheong - SAA
* Mr Laksha Mehta - SAA
* Mr Nicholas Woo - Kaplan

For F5, which lecturer is better?
* Mr Ian Lan - SAA
* Mr Chow Kim Tai - SAA
* Ms Elaine Tan - Kaplan

Thanks!!

For F5, I highly recommend Ian Lim. I am currently in his class for almost 2 months. I feel that he is grossly underrated by HWZ. He should be deservely recognised for his teaching merit. He is committed to get his students to understand on spot and make lessons more interesting.:D

Anyone looking for P7 materials pls sms me at 96221428. I have lots of notes from CK Fung at FTMS and I also have notes from Paul Merison from LSBF.

Yes I was a student there last semester.

Includes BPP text and rev kit!!!!

So essentially you are getting 3 schools worth of notes and materials from outstanding lecturers too.

Hi!

I intend to take P6 this coming exam by self-studying.

Actually has taken class in SAA before for the paper.

Does Anyone here self study for P6? Please show your thoughts on studying for P6 :)

Hi SolBeiT, I belong to old batch of ACCA students. The last time I took ACCA exam was 14 years ago. Yes, I am not young liao... :p ha ha ha

14 years ago..that was 1997, I did my Module F, last module of ACCA. At that time, there were 6 modules, F being the last one with 3 papers, having to clear all at one shot. The papers were 12, 13 and 14. I only passed paper 13 which is now P2 equivalent. However, having to clear all papers at one go, my pass in P2 was as good as a fail.

So, last Dec, I re-applied to ACCA. ACCA gave me conversion passes for my all the 11 papers except for P1, P2 and P3. I got exemption for two optional papers because last time, Advance Tax(P6) and Advance Performance Mgmt (P5) were under Module E which i have passed.

Sorry for the long story.... that's explained why I am left with P1 to P3 awkwardly. : (

What about yourself? How many papers are you left with?

oic, relax it is nv too old to learn...;)

i finish my whole F papers now startin P papers, intend to take P1 and P3 but tinking whether to include P2 else well... i aiming for 1 straight pass so dunnoe hopefully i can do it...

Hey guys, can someone recommend me lecturers for F5 Performance Management and F8 Audit & Assurance?

I will probably be taking part-time courses but can go for full time if need be.

Thank you!

This is Paul Owen Merison! I teach F8 on Wednesday afternoons and evenings, so if you want to sample feel free to come on over for an hour and see for yourself!!

And there is no problem in joining F8 having missed the first 2 weeks - easy to catch up, as I start slowly :)

Hi Mr Paul, i am interested to sample your F8 lecture before signing up for the course with LSBF.
But this afternoon when i called up the school to request for a sit in for your course tomo, the course consultant said that i can't do so...pls kindly advise can i still sample your lecture before signing up.

Thank you
