Ya MR Chee is very good. He often relate the audit concepts to real life scenario and try to guide you on how to apply them in exams.. he is more focus on exams techniques like teaching u how to decide how many points to write and what the difference between EXPLAIN and STATE etc..

He is also quite interesting and humourous.. strongly recommend him if u hate boring lecturers..

Lecturers from SAA-GE

Hi All,

I see that you are discussing the different fortes for the different lecturers. I believe that some of you might have an interest at looking at the different lecturer's profile.

If you are indeed interested, you may email me at chorwen.poon@saa.org.sg or contact us on Facebook, SAA Global Education to get more information!

I think the discussion is about the Quality of Teaching provided by the lecturers over the personal profile of the Lecturers. It is often more accurate to be hearing from students who had taken the course under a particular lecturer over looking at the profile. You might have a PhD in whatever, but if you can't teach, you can't teach. However, if you only have a Bachelor, but then you can teach well, it is more preferred.

Well said.

There is one particular lecturer, he has a long list of academic accreditation printed on every set of lecturer notes.

When one student asked him a question about his graph which was drawn incorrectly, he snapped and refused to admit that it was a mistake, went on to cover it up.

Well, I said that because I used to have a lecturer (some many years ago when I was studying for my first diploma course from a private school) that goes "Don't expect me to teach you anything, I am kind of like a Spiritual Guidance for your course. You are expected to do read your own books and do your own research." ..... my classmates goes "So you are telling me we paid a bloody few thousand dollars for an idiot offering to be a spiritual guidance? Where is the bloody refund department?" ...

hehhehehe... true story hor .....

F4 can go for Kweh Soon Han (Kaplan), unless your timetable clashes with F8 and F9. if clash, David is fine too.

Honestly, I would avoid him. He is incomprehensible and gives me a feeling he does not know his stuff well!

Hi, are you referring to Ramesh (LSBF) or Mr Kueh (Kaplan). Heard that Terrence does a lot of past year qn. is that true?

sad to say, no.

from what i know, Ramesh (LSBF) does past year exams practice

heard that he also didn't go through past year papers too. he merely goes through them to indicate what will come out in exam.

Maybe i am too used to Roy's & Sami's way of teaching

Hi, I'm referring to the post above me which is Ramesh from LSBF. I've regretting taking up his course because it really did not help me at all.

I have no experiences with other lecturers so no comments on that. :)
