For me I felt today's P3 was really doable, luckily i am able to recover from that P5 horror last thursday!

For qn 1a just use SWOT and whack up to 20 points?

Qn 1b use HQruv for acqusition and SAF for franchise,

Qn 1c think of Fitzgerald and moon and generate KPIs

did Q2a Cultural web Q2b Harmon matrix

and Q4

preparing for P1 on wednesday...

Took f4 and I feel that it was rather easy. Questions were straight to the point.

i am a bit free cuz i am not taking P2

for me Q1a: PESTEL, P5F, Financial analysis, Capablity analysis(only finished half)
basically i spend too much time, after External analysis i went on to other Quesnt, Then return to the Q when i have extra time

Q1b: Druker HQRUV, Ansoff 4Cs

Q1c: i defined CSFs, site example, but dont know whats KPI

Q2a: Cultural Web (at first thought of the Handy's 4 culture steoretyes but realised not enough to write)

Q2b: Harmon Process strategy matrix (i not sure about the 3rd item, is it a hi-hi item?)

Q3 didnt do

Q4aorter generic strategy, marketing style(price penetration/skimming)?

Q4b: only manage to list down generic problem, not sure about the models cuz all throw back to F5 lecturer liao

Q2 3rd item is hi imptance, lo complexity? therefore automate? we dont need a software developer to record time but impt to keep track of time?

Q4 i talk abt pricing objective, customer's expectations, price elasticity etc

i was thinking about it being hi complexity ad hi importancy, as there is the need to seperate the types of contract which the system cant do....

Andy is the lecturer to go for P3. He is really really kind, well prepared for lectures and he expects you to do likewise. Nothing bad to say about him. He is a teacher more than a lecturer, very responsible.

I am not sure about P1 because i went to Shermeen who is good (i enjoyed her lectures very much and she is very approachable) but her lectures are not that exam focus. Maybe you should go to Andy too. He is the BEST lecturer anyone can ask for.

Anyway, going to take F6 and F7 next sem and prepare to retake F3 if needed... I heard Yvonne is good for F6, is she in LBSF or Kaplan?

I think Yvonne has moved to LSBF, starting Feb 2012. She is on garden leave now, counting her $... i mean counting petals : p (just joking to reduce stress, no offence)

Sorry to have misled you. I was in Shermeen class last semester, I sat for P1 in June already. : )

I think she won't be teaching P1 anymore.

joanna cheong? her teeaching is chanel... arghh, what am i toking... her style seems to mimic yvonne, ut she i rather loud, i mean, her voice. try not to sit in broadcast room...
