I am taking p4. Any tips for self studying p3? I wanted to enrol this Dec exam but worried left back 2 mths dunno if it is possible to complete the syllabus of p3.

still possible... i only started studying like 1 month before exam. though i attended lectures, lecturer was not very good and notes were messy so i ended up just self studying online lectures and textbook.

perhaps you should register for revision class at least, if can, go for Marty from FTMS revision. Then prior to that get textbook or lecture notes from your friends to build up your knowledge.

understanding the various models is very important.. cos you will need to apply it to the question. actually i find p3 the case study will more or less give u all u need to know to answer the question. so you just need to apply the right models.

look through the past year papers and see the examiner's style, how the examiner answers the questions and etc. you need to practice writing alot. but for me i just read through the answers (mostly cos i'm lazy) lol.

Corporate law i suggest u can self study becos i did that and got 62 at first attempt. Somemore 1 week before exam comes.

Most impt is know how to write yr law ans i guess.

did u quote any case scenario? 3 questions out of 10 questions are quite technical.

YA the 3 qns are case study based scenarios but usually if u buy some book or know the exam technique to write a case study ans in sequence. You will be find with it.

Other than that the 7 qns quite easy to find frm lect note or text book. Most of them are repeated qns found in Past year exam papers.

Im very Interested in changing line but without any higher qualifications. Jus a Nitec.

Currently workin in engineering line for afew years.

Shld I start with CAT, try to go for ACCA or jus stay in engineering instead?

For CAT, need to enrol school or can self study?

if possible, go for ACCA straight. but it will be a tough road ahead...
