Hello everyone:) which paper should I do first?
Performance management, financial reporting or financial management?

Another question: Had anyone been in Kweh Soon Han (Kaplan) class before? Can anyone give me insight of his lecturing style? Hope to get some respond soon. Thanks!

family doesnt want to throw the money in for a master's abroad. should i do the acca? i tried the cfa once i failed and it's exhausting. not sure what to work as tbh. any advice is much appreciated!

Just took mine yesterday. A lot of things to memorise but if u do sufficient practice and past year paper, i dont think it is that hard to pass!

I went for yvonnes classes but not her revision classes. Did 2012-2014 exam papers for practice and more than 60% of the questions appeared in exams im so thankful haha i only spent 1 week intense revising for it and i thought i was gonna flunk

thanks a lot for your reply :) are you taking any subject this term?

Hey thanks a lot! How was the tax paper? May I know if you attended the revision classes as well or only lectures? And is it lectures and tutorials at Kaplan?

hey sorry for the late reply! i don't visit this site often! the tax paper is quite tough and tricky in my opinion! ( i feel like previous years tax papers are easier and more repetitive, maybe luck is not on my side this year) hehe but if you revise from the exam kit, it is sufficient to pass! i attended the revision classes, but i feel it will be alright without it, so long as we do enough practicing from exam kit. (afterall Joanna is almost always available to answer our questions in Wechat)

in Kaplan, there are only lectures, no tutorials for tax! i am not sure about other subject!

My friend asked them before. They said will only get if you sign up for their courses. Alternatively, you can see if anybody is selling on carousell. Defo cheaper than what the school will be selling, if they are ever selling.

Hi guys really need help on where to take my f6 paper

Kaplan
SAA - lee Yuet lai
LSBF - Yvonne Goh

Anyone who had these lecturers can comment?

I took Lsbf Yvonne and I found her really good at explaining concepts and breaking complex tax rules down into simpler, easier to understand words that even layman can understand.

Unfortunately, heard that she is currently unwell and so will be out of action for the next few months at least... not sure if they have any replacement lecturers or not.

They don't have replacement teacher and class will only start from March.
