hi i would like to know how frequent are the lessons that are held?
how long on average to finish acca?
if i dun intend to go into the accounting line but interested to have an accounting background, izzit advisable to take acca. or are there any other options.

just study CAT is enough.

Finance is very broad. But in most finance jobs, you prob will find ACCA much more useful than FRM. Saying FRM is more useful than ACCA in finance is like saying fried rice tastes better without the rice. At the heart of finance is still your accounting concepts.

Anyone self study and took level 1 papers but did not enrol for class in SAA? Should be alright to do this way right? I read through their terms, they did not state that it is a must to enrol for any class before stepping in for exam.

Yes. You can self study for all the ACCA papers and take the exams.

You pay exam fees directly to ACCA not the schools in Singapore.

You don't have to register with ACCA first as far as i know..
