I have enquired this issue with icpas and they have assured me that there is no problem for me taking f1,f2,f3 and f7 in the same sitting be it my f1-3 cbe or paper based.

cannot take f3 with f7.

f3 teach u basic of accounting. dr cr accounting rules...it take times to fully understand f3.

Well second that..unless u got strong accounting background but then u would be exempted from taking f3..otherwise get real.

Congrats for passing your CFA. Anyway, the exams entry is not open yet. The exam entry only available after the results is released which should be 23rg Aug, correct me if I am wrong.

Unless you are taking F1 to F3 which u can apply by CBE, which for your case is highly unlikely.

we get exemptions for 7 papers if im not wrong. left are tax and law unless you took singapore law related modules in uol (eg. lbo?).

eg. im probably left with tax, law, 3P papers. coming year 3 this september

After his f2 & f7 papers, he will have F4,5,6,8,9,P1 before sitting for P2, that's assuming he will attempt 2 papers per sitting. At the minimum, 18months will pass.

The key concern will be his retention of F7 knowledge for P2. How much can he remember?. And lets not forget P7 requires P2 knowledge.

No, did my P2 right after F7.
