I'm new here but when chanced upon your comments about Ms Elaine, just thought u could be more respectful and matured in your verbal sense. I was in her class before and i agree with the rest she was clear and helpful during her lectures. If u are really unhappy about her, why just rant here? Tell her straight in the face instead of gossiping like a sissy.

how is his teaching? clear and exam focus?

so far i have taken 2 lessons from elaine: F2, F5. her lesson is well, boring, lecturer is lifeless, no humour, he interaction, monotone, she isnt attractive, and pretty much, nothing is good other than the fact that the content is sufficient for exam.

in simple words, if u are those that is always focus in class, its useful (useful oesnt mean good). if you are those that may sleep in class, u get a lot of rest

I don't know about P5 but I went for her F2 and F5 classes. I find her teaching to be very thorough. She may not be very humorous like other lecturers but she's very dedicated and helpful on answering students' queries on the subject.

May I know is it you attended Andy's P3 normal classes but went for Dominic's revision classes instead?

i finish my whole F papers now startin P papers, intend to take P1 and P3 but tinking whether to include P2 else well... i aiming for 1 straight pass so dunnoe hopefully i can do it...

It depends on the lecturer, but I took Tan Peng Kwee (F4) and Stephen Chew (F6) revision classes about 2 years back and found them both pretty useful. They went through a lot of questions in class, gave summary notes on the syllabus and a list of what they think will come out in the exam.

You should be getting an acknowledgment email soon. I got mine a few minutes after registration. And the exam docket will inform you of the exam location etc. It will be mailed to you about a month before exam.

u should take FM. simply because in ACCA, paper F9 is Financial Management. you shd get an exemption for F9 if u passed FM in UOL.

but having said that, i was not granted F9 exemption even though I passed FM, wth....
