hi all, any recommended lecturers for F4 and F6 at SAA?

Hello, i suggest Tan Peng Kwee for F4. He's good as he's a lawyer himself and his text books are user friendly and has good contacts with examiners, so he knows what to look out for in exams.

On a positive note, if you're interested to buy F4 text books, pls let me know as I've the latest textbook authored by Tan Peng Kwee. I'm letting them go for cheap.

im considering btween staying with SAA or switching to KAPLAN for my f4-f7 courses. anyone knows if kaplan provides carpark for students?

its at orchard, so guess u need to have enough in your cash card

I'm a 1st year part-time student @ SIM (UOL) taking Accountany & Finance.
Just wondering, if anyone here converted from SIM (UOL) to ACCA?
If there's any, do you feel you're in a "better place"?

I'm asking because i'm a little bit behind in some classes and i don't think i can continue any further but i'm not giving up though.

Converted or completed? Neither. I'm half-way through my 1st yr. Paper lagging behind? POA and Econs. They're a killer.

Hmmm, switchin to ACCA is not too difficult but you may have to start from first paper (depending on yr prior qualification)... in general, ACCA exam is tougher than UOL... UOL exam generally not easy to fail but not easy to score (esp. for theory papers... econ is a bit tough)... ACCA exam is generally not easy to pass...

Just wondering did you consider completing yr UOL and switch to ACCA... u could gain both qualifications... I am also wondering if you are laggin behind for POA and Econ, why didnt you opt for more theory papers qualification e.g UOL BSc Business or BSc Management?

Sound advice from anyone

Dear all,

I am coming to an end of my internship in Diploma in accountancy.

I wish to take something different in my University degree after my NS if possible. However, i would also wish to accomplish my ACCA qualifications during army.

If i am all honest and report my sub-dislocation in my arm. I think i might be going to be pes C .

If and only if i am going to be having a 8 am - 5 pm within the 2 years.

Is it possible to take my acca and if so how should i go about doing this?

Would appreciate if someone can let me know as im in serious dilemma.
