Hey guys,

Was revising my P3 and thought about my optional papers which I am going to take next - i.e. P4 & P5. Since I had taken my P1-P3 in SAA and I quite like their lecturers, I was thinking of completing my P4 & P5 there too.

P4 - I was glad to read the Chow Kim Tai is quite good
P5 - I came across this post which stated that there is no good P5 lecturer till now... and SAA has Ian Lim only. I haven't been to any of his class before, is he at least acceptable (meaning, you get to understand what he says at the end of the class - rather than panicking?)

Definitely. Ian Lim is the type who is very patient to teach you to understand. I was taught by him for F5 and is planning to take his class for P5.

I would recommend Adrian Hoa from SAA, he's good. My friend got 89 marks under him lol.

I just studied his notes in one week before exam and got 60+

i don't feel P1 n P2 got link imo.. P1 n P3 got link for example both got mention about the mendelow's model.

P2 n P7 is very linked if you happen to plan to be taking P7.

Very informative but very long! >< but I will take my time to read all the past posts.

Will want to ask people here if anyone of you is a UOL BSc Banking and Finance graduate from UOL doing ACCA now or had already passed? What are the papers you are exempted and how long did you take to finish the entire course?

Srsly seeking advice as I am a week away to graduate from my degree. Looking to pursue an accountant/product control route.
