I recently took P5 exam on June sitting.
P5 is the extension of F5. P5 focuses more on modern management accounting techiques which is least coverage in F5.
Theory 90% and calculation 10% based on the current examiner's style.
In short, it is more whether you understand and apply theories than calculation.
If you are slow in understanding P5 syllabus, then you should take lessons to understand better in short time with the aid of lecturer.

Recommend which tutor? Roy is also calculative base right and since 90% are theory which tutor is more suitable?![]()
Roy Goh focuses both theory (more) and calculative stuffs on P5 in class. He is great for pointing out how the exam technique for P5 should be like.
Ian Lim, full time P5 tutor at SAA, is highly calculative orientated but slow paced teaching which is suitable to students who need time to digest.
If you can cope fast-paced lecturing and you have time to ask him in class (after, during, before), Roy Goh is best shot for you.

Thanks. How about Elaine Tan from Kaplan?![]()
