I went to the new campus. Don't like it, it's really small and the building looks very lok kok (old).

But the customer service seriously cannot make it. And I won't choose the school because of that - the SAS are supposed to help us arrange schedules, answer our enquiries, help us book classes etc. If they can't even answer simple calls, how can I trust them with the rest?

Kaplan seems to have shifted out of the city recently right? Are they still town? But knowing Kaplan, the facilities should be reasonable.

The only city campus I know of is SAA GLobal education now. I visited them the other day and it's very clean, comfy and conducive. It's in TripleOne Somerset.

kaplan acca day classes are at PoMo, i went to take a look at their PoMo classes, very new and neat

kaplan acca nite classes for working adults are still at starhub centre lvl 3...

ya the lsbf i called them before, their customer service realli cannot make it lei, i called them to ask on the course queries, very hard to get thru, when get through i was greeted by a non so enthusiastic voice...sian liao~

actually kaplan.. still consider in town. just abit outskirt.. ha ha ha :p aniway. Dohby Ghaut is good.. connected to most mrt lines.

hmm.. think i probably stay put at kaplan.. i cannot imagine queuing for toilet during 15 min break.

usually guys go toilet quite fast mah. unless u are gal??

I'm studying in LSBF now, the class facilities I can say it's fairly good since they still send students soft copy for all the notes written by lecturers in the class, so I consider that's convenient for student to review the notes, provided the handwriting of the lecturer is legible:D and most of the good lecturers are here :)
