Hello,
You are not a low life accounts assistant. Don't think of it that way. You are still fairly young i suppose.
First of all, you need to understand the structure of the accounting team. If you are in a MNC, it is very rare for one person (unless you are the FM) to be doing the full set of accounting, from bookkeeping (AR/AP/GL/FA/Bank Recon/Financial Reporting) to management reporting (budget, performance management, taxations, treasury, etc). What you are doing now is fairly good, as you are not stuck to one partial set of accounts and gets to see how the sub-ledgers flows to the GL and the bank reconciliation. All these are very basics fundamentals which will be important for the future!
If you are looking to raise up the corporate ladder, experiences and educations are equally important in the Accounting Department.
So, on the education part, i understand you are looking to take on ACCA to enhance your knowledge. ACCA is a professional certification, unlike Degree courses. It is fairly technical and requires hard work to clear the exams. So, please be ready to sacrifice your personal time and be prepared to attend class and mug for the examinations.
The earliest you can clear F4 to F9 (6 papers) is within 6 months. 6 papers, 2 sitting (now with quad-sitting), so 3 exam per sitting is the fastest. However, this requires you to already know the exam syllabus and is very smart or hardworking to clear them. The longest, with the new change in time limit with ACCA exempt all "F" papers from the time limit since Aug 2015, if you can take your own sweet time - 10 year? lol. The norm is taking 3 papers per sitting with classes (6 months), so 1 full year if you pass all your 6 papers.

With regards to school for ACCA, you have listed most of the ACCA providers in Singapore. However, for ACCA, you do not need to stick to one school. Most ACCA students choose the lecturer instead of the school. So, please pick the lecturer that you feel best fit your style of studies. Some lecturers teach very high level stuff and expect you to understand the basics, some lecturers emphasis and teach the basics. [Make effort to read previous posts to find out more].
Jia you and all the best.
