I've tried to upgrade my Acer D250 from Win XP to Windows 7 Home Premium using a clean (reformatt the HD). i thought it was successful after the whole installation process. However, during the first boot up, Acer Recovery management intefere with the boot up and prompted to revert back to XP. having a big headache right now.

normal ram 666mhz will do, but after i upgraded to 2gb ram no speed improvement.
