Other than white uniformity, no other issues.
Definitely, one of the best buys for many years to come. :D

Are you getting colorimeter and/or new graphic card for your monitor?! =:p

Will get 1080 as my next upgrade.
I try a few custom setup in other forum posted. So will not get colorimeter

White uniformity? Must see all white right?

Yes. If I read XB271HU not very strong in this area. Sometimes, you'll get different version of whiteness on the same panel i.e. some more yellow, others more blue or red.
On the other hand, PG279Q, apparently, has better white uniformity?!Don't know whether true or not?! :s11:

Bro Gatt,

Can see your left screen is warmer than your right?!
There is more yellow on left and more blue on right.

Not ideal. Best is all yellow or all blue. Then you calibrate accordingly.
Mine also like that. :D

I see it ok leh

Looks like white uniformity is not going to be a issue to me...lol

Bro Ray,

On white background, you'll see traces of yellow tint.
On light coloured background like blue, some yellow green will appear
Not annoying meh?! :o

They said must wait for OLED panel then no such problem?! :s11:
