anytime, i’ll choose the top floor over any other floor level. if there’s a leak, i can get hdb to handle it. but if you stay below someone, and the person upstairs stomps or makes noise, it’s super irritating. if there's a leak and the owner above refuses to settle it, the issue can drag on forever.

just look at your own service yard, how many trash dropped there?
