palit GTX 970 (blower ref) @412 (there was that one time he reduced this low)

zotac GTX 970 dual fan @ 409i think no more (or maybe no stock)

bear in mind the prices are quote from lazada lowest price point at that time.

Lol guys, just did a price research, i5 6600k +mobo OC is more ex/same price as i7 4790k +mobo. Lol, i guess i'll be going back to i7... anyway for no OC which mobo to get?

but u must know that skylake is new processor, and haswell is 2 gen before it.

So final build will be

i7 4790k + z97-k mobo @657(i won't be OC it, but it has more features/slots and for 12 i think its worth it, in any case can OC in future)

cpu go with a basic i7 like 4790 and h series board and forget about OC, so u can save on the cooler to use stock cooler.
gpu maybe can a SAPPHIRE NITRO R9 380 4GB GDDR5 w/Backplate

if those still not enough for u, go bargain with tradepac and buy everything from them except those lazada stuff
