Not sure about others, but for me it's really powerful enough. Imagine I use it to power my living room for both movies and gaming. Bass Level set at mid range (level 2) is deep enough dun wanna wake the neighbours...

Amazon UK selling for 120 pounds. Factor in shipping, probably about S$300.

Not worth. Just get any comparable set in sg.

Aego M is clearer

The built seems to be quite sturdy v solid.

Creative T3 seems to have more bass and you can't really control the Bass Aego you can do that.

Creative has a remote (but still wired to the set) but Aego's one is by the Subwoofer.

My friend has the T3 but his volume controller tries to be funny now and then. but he did some repairs. so its alright.

Creative should be slightly cheaper and has warranty.

My Aego M warranty need to send back to UK or where-ever.

Anyway the reason why I import from UK is because the voltage is the same. if you order from amazon US you can prepare to fry your electronics liao. So there. do you have msn? we can talk there.

I replaced my Klipsch 2.1 THX. If you are a music fan, this is the speaker to go, UNLESS like to listen to those music with lots of bass. The bass is not deep enough for movies and disco type of music, but it might be due to my room. Otherwise, i think Aego M is a superb speaker for jazz, vocal, sentimental kind of music.

Anyway i'm thinking of upgrading to Bose Companion 5. Some might ask why not Companion 3. To me C3 bass is very good but not the highs and mids. I think C5 is quite close to Aego M with a better subwoofer. Anyone interested in buying a good condition second hand Aego M?
