AGM attendees and dates

Major debate on non directors fee.....

Just to complete the picture:
The nonexec directors for Kepcorp in 2015, fees are:
Chairman: $750k
Board Member: $81k

Chairman of sub comm like audit, board risk, renumeration, board safety, nominating .... $30k to 50k

Member of sub comm... $18k to $23k

Being a board member + member of one sub comm will be around $100k p.a.

it seems that he had hatred toward GLC, most likely because his contract with the army was not renewed when he was 45 year old.

I attended kc agm n participate the voting....realtime....
And all resolution approved 90%....the lowest 96%.
Our votes no say wan.

from moi past sexperience attending to AGM, think 90% of share holders are more interested in their buffet (now changed to voucher) rather than understanding the financial standing and performance of the company they are invested in.

In fact, some share holder holding only 1 lot (1,000 share) from companies A to Z for the purpose of attending AGM (buffet rather).

Done it b4. No problem just show your IC, no question asked. Your friend must not turn up.
If really kena question, just say last min u can attend and proxy is void.

Just attended NOL Agm.....surprise.....
Got Sgd15 ntuc vouchers n buffet spread! To avoid ugly overtaking scenarios, they got the attendants to ration out.
Good move.
The Yes Sir chap was there.....n provide much comic relief.
There was one still asking whether got Dividends.....alamak....and one ask whether directors got special parking privileges.....venue was not at NOL building but at star vista....
Anyway, the mood is.....认命。
The Chung guy can only tell us to wait for the acquisition.
By the end of the QnA....less than 50% shareholders left.....
Haha.....i didnt stay till the end.
Most likely this is NOL last Agm.....n i think those high level executives are just waiting to take severance package.....

That is just sad seeing that he had spent the better part of his life serving in the army. I think he has a lot of pent-up bitterness in him. Poor guy.

Yes....trust poll plus...but useless again....my against votes only 0.3%....
But all my votes are received today....yesterday at kc agm....some of my votes not received....think too many ppl....anyway i think GLCs all like that...99% confirm resolution carried .next time i wont take that stupid machine if attending GLCs AGM.

Ocbc n banks did quite well last year....so shouldnt be too stingy....not vested in any bank stocks....so not sure.
For those who bought ocbc at 7.5 in feb....is huat alot now....lol.
