While comparing better liquid coolers for eg. Corsair H100i, it will probably only give you a 1-3 degrees edge over an up market Noctua NH-D14 But as one increase to a higher level of air cooling, one also increases the noise level, weather it is acceptable to an individual, its up to him.

Ya agreed. At max settings my H100i GTX is noisy. Not overwhelmingly noisy and cools down much faster though

skylake i find as soon as u stop cpu stress test, the cpu temps drops almost instantaneously to 30+ deg

Tweak fan config if not change fans? Stock fans on the aios from corsair are horrible.
