just want to voice my unhappiness with gain city

bought mitsubishi air con from them and engaged them to do the aircon servicing over the years,

earlier this month, booked an appointment with them for next tuesday and was offered to get the technician who used to come to service my air con but the technician recommend to get them to provide a 2 man team which they can do it quicker and do a more thorough check,

as the appiointments are take up i can only get a slot 2 weeks later which is next tuesday,

received a call from them just now to inform that the agreed technician could not make it and they also could not provide a 2 man team,

then ask me to hold for 10 mins and then said the technician is only available on wednesday and a 2 man team is only available on 16th july,

so i told them to cancel the appointment and they did and hang up,

is there something wrong with gaincity customer service ?

can anyone advice a good aircon service company who do not have such poor service ?

Kflex shield or armaflex shield CX if you can top up. To avoid condensation
Shield does NOT prevent condensation, the shield is for added protection against outdoor weather, rain and sunlight from disintegration of the foam material.

not much data on them. the only pro i can think of they usually are in 1 pc . which rule out gap when installer joint the insulation together

and those are japan market, and sg weather is very very different from japan. but i would have choosen this if they have it in 19mm aka 3/4inch but they told me they only have it in 3/8inch aka 10mm.

starmex recommand 1/2inch aka 12.7mm

so when i ask this ac company if they have these insulation in 3/4inch they claim it will void the warranty, you can read about it when i posted it last time on the thread i posted

Void warranty? Haha. The only reason for insulation is to prevent condensation indoors. If the FCU is hung back to back with the compressor behind it on the external wall. No insulation also ok. So what if there is condensation on the pipes it will be on the outside wall.

that why the ac vendor say. then ac company dont even know what they said and i have fact check them by calling starmex itself (which i posted last time, can dig up my post)

correction it not insulation. insulation is they say 10mm is as good as armaflex 12.7mm due to better something (cant remember) they say void warranty is when i ask to upgrade copper from SWG22 to SWG21

SWG21 not much contractors will recommend, especially 90 degree of bending , this is harder to bend in shape.
If install very straight line not an issue

Hi experts,

Help needed. My home just installed a Starmex aircon system 3 today from GC.

At night, I switch on only one aircon in the master room. However, the Starmex aircon refuses to go to one light on 24 degrees and stays on two lights even after an hour.

When I increase to 25 degrees, it does go down to one light. Or when I off and on the aircon again, it goes to one light at 25 degrees only.

Any suggestions on what I can do or I need to go back to Mitsubishi Singapore /GC with my warranty?

Thanks
