Dont buy from Goni - sells when dont have stocks. Ordered 29/9, to date still no stocks. See my earlier posts.

Ordered Air cube from Goni on 29/09, said got ex-stock.

Only shipped out on 12/10, now stuck with bumbox.

I have initiated refund.

It seems a lot of bro having problem with no stock, late shipment, filters than seem to non original filters.

Tons of issues with Goni.

I shared my issue above.
I see, because my experience is otherwise.

Though they left out my extra filter initially. They actually respond to mails and even call up to understand situations. After rectifying, they fedex global priority the filter, although w/o the box, I personally do not feel that it is non-original.

I agree. I am one of those with outstanding issues with Goni. They sent me a spoilt ax40 with factory defects. Since 7th Oct i have been waiting for an address to send it back for an exchange as promised. Its already 16th Oct! And my spoilt purifier is still sitting in my living room

They called me yesterday and asked me to wait another few days to verify my spoilt ax40 video. The staff sounds apologetic and sincere and assured me that they would solve my case. Hiaz.. Its just taking too long till it makes me regret this whole purchase. I would have ordered from Happy mall. Just that it was cheaper at Goni.

Hi acidz. Would u (or anyone) mind posting a picture of this adaptor from Japan Home? I know some had posted some pics of adaptors. But i just want to be doubly sure. I bought the wrong adaptor and my AX40 just sat beautifully in my bedroom *sign* I'm a very clueless lady 😛 thank q so much.

P/S: in case u're wondering, I bought the (wrong) adaptor b4 I viewed those pics cos I thot how difficult can it be...
As posted by Asakura below. It's available everywhere lah, starting from $1-$2 to more atas ones. Which wrong type did you buy?

playing around with my air cube...

Now i am tempted to buy this air cube. Only thing holding me back is the inconvenience of obtaining reading thru the phone. Is there other such device that displays reading itself without a need for a phone. Something that can measure both the air quality as well as CO2 level?.
