according to website its a EPA filter, meaning E10

Very nicely designed. They claim to be swiss-made, but 'goal is to provide the next generation air purifier for the Asian market'... European market too crowded? They also claim to have other products, but can't find examples.

Humidifier others than sharp no one can combine this?

Actually humidifier really helps for AC room n even living room.

The aeris design are something wrong, the suction from bottom but the fan motor don't have hepa to blocking on dust else.. Not longer just like Aircon FCU fan blower stick dusty else.

Is there any way to switch off/reduce volume of the AX40 startup and button sounds? The sounds are very loud so it can wake up my kid!

Depends on your skill, you can open up the AX40 and stick a thick Blu-tack on the buzzer :s13: It's not complicated but you need to be comfortable tinkering with stuff.
