Actually for you and me who's got visibility well over 10km (for me it's about 30km here), we can easily "see" when it's a good day and when it's a moderate day.

But for most of the other folks who have the usual 500m or 1km max due to the built up conditions they are at + lower floors, every day seems to be a good and clear day, in reality it's not. Just that it's not enough to cause any allergic conditions etc. No smell does not mean no haze.

Many many days were actually "slightly hazy".

Still hovering ard 70s for PM2.5, 1 week plus ard (weekend was clear though as noted by Chaunz).

Check out the PM10 (what we used last year and before that as the main pollutant responsible), it's a very healthy PSI of 35. :D

I tell ya, last week's 90s also PM10 of approx 40 nia, healthy. :D

Coming from Lampung and Jambi areas, but they are like about 500km away from SG so the haze gets spread out over a large area and lower intensity.

Time to look at Air Purifier again.

PM2.5 is not thhhat high, but I am starting to get allergic rhinitis liao, due to the sustained slightly elevated levels. :(

Came out of office at 1815h, could smell a wee bit of the haze.

I think everyone's sensitivity level abit different. Can't smell anything now.

Managed to pick up a whiff of slight hazy smell this noon @ north side. But then again, I'm more sensitive to this than most people I know...

Definitely hazy smell and night view of JB is quite obscured...

Southern side getting fairly jialuck now @ 2300h.

I dare not say bad, coz folks here sure compare with PSI 401. "This is nothing". It's literally impossible to hit such a state for year 2014.

Well, its been 2 weeks already and continuing. It's about low 30 micrograms per m3 PM2.5 (and seemingly beginning to spike from now on). PSI 200-400 last year means 130-269 micrograms/m3.

Take the lower range, 150 micrograms/m3. Can say that 1 day last year June 2013 = 5 days now.

Do the math on the cumulative effects.

5 more days to F1. Perhaps will have a pretty nice light show at night.
