Just ordered my 3rd Samsung AX40 for the household. Decided with parents that its easier to get the same model and managed to get a pretty decent price for the filter too from qoo10.

With this purchase I have bought from all three sellers, Daiso, Goni Global and Happymall

Thanks to a forumer who gave a tip about buying qoo10 giftcards to use (buy $50 discount 3%, buy $100 discount 5%) managed to bring the price down for those items on quick sale where coupons cannot be used.

Now just gotta wait for delivery....

Sharp 840/850/860 series, A series, D series etc.....uses 12V BLDC motors.

Samsung AX40 uses Nidec motors (300Vdc).

My ax40 just came yesterday but i was not at hm. Anyway it sent to wrong address cos my default address was my mum's place. Already informed seller immediately i clicked confirm to buy but he still sent wrong address. Redirected to my place but fedex said $15 will b incurred to shipper. IF the difference is just 7% between online and local, I'll gladly buy local.

Just look at the APs... Sub-$300 can get a damn good AX40 or LA-Q379. Local is close to $500 and $400 respectively. What fugging GST?

Want to collect tax just collect tax. Don't say it's to help local retailers or what levelling the playing field bullcrap.
