Anyone got their set exchanged yet? Is it on the spot change or need to wait for a few days?

Fortunately I haven’t faced any issue otherwise would’ve been a good chance to swap out a new one

Mine when I hold both side together sometimes produce a very high pitch sound.
Like those mic near speaker pitch.
Is it normal or a defects?

I entered warranty status online
Click repair
Entered Apple ID

Then selected west gate qcd - cos nearer to home.

Hope they replace on the spot too.

actually got 2 years to do so until oct 2021.

if you got applecare, then 2 years from the time of purchase.

Click repair
Entered Apple ID

Then selected west gate qcd - cos nearer to home.

Hope they replace on the spot too.

convenience might not always be the best.

They gave me QCD Wheelock, I select Apple Orchard. I always go Apple direct now since they are here.

Received my replacement AirPod pro via dhl around 30 mins ago.

Came with a dhl return box - need to put the faulty AirPod pro back in the box and call dhl to pick up.

Apple charged a “holding charge” onto my credit card.
Once they receive the returned fault AirPod, the holding charge will be reversed.
