my condo already bigger than most people liao.. 2,000 sqft and selling price is enough to buy a old landed.

but i hesitating coz i scare ghost, scare lizards, scare cockroaches, scare rats, scare snakes, scare mosquitos etc etc.. lol
stay condo better.. development pest control done by mgmt. every friday got those fuming to kill mosquitos too.

If based simply on CDC voucher, I think pap will find it hard to reduce this benefit.
