I have received mine. Here is my review.
I quite like their website and the ability to customise, even up to the casing that you use. A lot of good options, if you know what you want to get and have done your research. The pricing is reasonable. I have done the maths, comparing to if I were to go SLS to buy the parts, or buy from Lazada/Shopee, and Invader was surprisingly a bit cheaper.
Build quality was pretty good. Wire management was excellent. Everything was cleanly done inside the system.
Even enabled EXPO mode for me, Windows 11 installed, all set up well.
Unfortunately, there was something that wasn't up to my satisfaction level. I won't go into specifics, but I felt that something wasn't done right, and I had to open up the system to correct it. I texted them to confirm about this, and they gave their reason for it. Ok, fair enough, I think its believable, but I still feel that it wasn't satisfactory. This also means, as per the contract, that I will have voided the on site warranty.
Their WhatsApp usually takes quite long to reply, but they will eventually reply. My system took a bit long to be ready, and there were no updates until I asked about it. This can be further improved. But at all times the customer service was very polite and accomodative.
Mild miscomm with delivery. I req at a certain time, as I can't do earlier, but they still came early. Luckily someone else was at home. But delivery man was a very nice guy. Small issue, not that big.
Packaging was very solid. So solid until I had a hard time removing my PC from the box! Definitely not a bad thing.
All in all, I would rate them a 4/5. Quite satisfied, but some room for improvement.
