mixture of excitement and apprehension. Have been quiet quitting too long in my previous job and now have to be in the spotlight again.

Can't say I don't feel slightly stressed but someone close told me I don't really need the money that comes with the job so even if it doesn't work out, just always leave

having been there 5 years ago, when I changed my job after 21 years, I can understand the apprehension and excitement that comes along with it.

given that you don’t really need the money, I’d say that you should just enjoy the ride and seek self fulfilment if you can , as you venture into this new adventure

Yeah thanks. Told myself there is nothing except my pride to lose. No big deal. If it turns out well, could pave some path or connections into another country.

Hope you did not lose much.

I was in a similar position when I purchased an office unit @ Burlington Square more than 10 years ago and managed to sell to a direct buyer who was a tenant in the same building.
It was a huge relief for me as it was not easy to sell a well known loss making property

Lost about $300k, I think.

but I’m just glad that i was able to get rid o it,especially in such high intere rates environment…
