I don't think the GTX 980 (non Ti) is good for 1440p gaming. Unless it's for heavily optimised games like Evolve.

Otherwise on games like Borderlands, Witcher 3, Assassin's creed unity, it hardly keeps up on 1080p when you turn the settings up. Heng we are only talking about 60 fps. Don't even need to talk about 120hz monitors. :vijayadmin:

So put it this way.

380/390 vs GTX970
390X/Fury vs GTX980
Fury/FuryX vs GTX980ti
FuryX/X2 vs TX

Will be interesting to see where Nano stands.

And in before AMD will release more 300 cards... 380X, 385 etc.

I think Nano will be GTX980. Depending on price it will really be an awesome care..... 175W and GTX980 performance......

But I am not really keen on Radeon.
I had Radeons and Nvidia Cards.
Radeon Card Casualty 100% Nvidia 0%

Nvidia is known to have less issues. I've 3 amds n the only reason i buy is they're cheaper. They're also underused so tat may explain the high reliability rate

That is because of rebadged.

Different set of bios, different clocked speed, and different clocked ram speed. And those whom thinks that it cant oc further, no you still can oc further another 150mhz depending on silicon to push higher.

290x on AIB coolers last tine no proper vrms heatsink, no proper cooling for power delivery area. Now there is.

390x can compete with 980. Just not at this price range.

Same thing happen to the war between 680 vs 7970 non ghz. Then amd came out 7970 ghz edition vs 680. Then 770 vs r9 280x.

Then you should stick with Nvidia..... Just like me I never have luck with Nvidia cards.... Always spoil one.... don't know why Nvidia cards so lousy in quality. I never had any problems with AMD cards.
