The status as of 23rd Dec 11am is Exception
" A late flight has caused delay. We will update the delivery date as soon as possible.

Got to wait again... sian

Track the parcel using a 3rd party site like parcelsapp, not the original UPS as they hide a lot of information and I suspect misrepresent information even just to make it look like it's not their fault.

UPS only flies once a day to Singapore from Shenzhen on flight 5X167. So if your package is not in Singapore by 6-7am or so, you can be sure you will not be getting the package on that day even if the status will claim otherwise.

All other statuses they give are fake delays la. What delayed/missed flight? There's only one plane and you can always track it on any web site like Flightradar or flightaware https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/5x167

I can also confirm that even if your parcel lands on Sunday, you will not be receiving it on Sunday unless an exceptional case happens - they do not deliver Sundays for Lenovo.

How long are the codes for?

As mentioned before in this thread many times, ip30 is 10% off sales price. fl is 25% off web price.

if there is already 50% sales going on, ofc ip30 will give better prices, 50% off + ip30's additional 10%. if no sales going on for the model, say legion 5, fl will be better.

hopefully this can make it clearer :)

Usually laptop warranties would honour repairs within two years or 3 years.

more than like 4 or 5 years, its usually covered under Limited extended warranty, whereby parts which broke down due to “normal Wear and Tear” are not covered
Like battery, keyboard, trackpad, display panel

In fact, by then rtx 2060, gti 1650/1660 and even AMD 4600H 4800H would be obsolete
Repairs and replacement would be costly

I would probably just get the gaming laptop which is available at that time.

Last I checked, Asus', Dell's, HP's, Acer's, Apple's and even Lenovo's warranties for the majority of their laptops start from a year so I would not state as absolutely as you did that "laptop warranties would honour repairs within two years or 3 years".

If today is only reaching Singapore port, i highly doubt can deliver today. Custom clearance needs a few hours to process, then deliver to UPS warehouse to sort into district before delivering. At best sat if not mon.

Just checked mine, it had also reached SG at 6.51am, same route as you. Hope by sat can deliver. Although UPS stated by end of today also can deliver but can hardly trust their updates since they skip a lot of delays till i check at parcelsapp website.

But if mainboard fails? Wonder will they replaced my laptop with another? If it breaks in the 4th year. Btw I don’t know the screen is consider wear and tear. Thought only battery.

Check with LENOVO. State your transaction number and mentioned that all is well according to your bank.

At the end of the day, it boils down to LENOVO whether they wan your $$$ or not

Already did many times. The reply back is always the same. Lenovo tried to charge the card and its not successful. Ask me to check with the bank. I called OCBC bank till they know what is my question already. The answer is also the same. Credit limit is not exceeded and there's nothing wrong with the card. Its merchant side, Lenovo that rejected the transaction.

I guess I just have to cancel this order and do it with another card.
