I saw a sign at Junction 8 customer service 8 2 weekends ago stating "purchase of capitavoucher by cash only".
I will miss the 10% extra vouchers for DBS Capitacard the most. Will give this Amex card a miss. My $1200 spending can be better served with other cards.

yeah.. saw somewhere this will be the only card accepted for buying vouchers. But no points given.

That's two weeks ago... maybe now changed?
Iirc Some merchants drop amex because the levy is too high... hopefully this new corporate partnership will reduce the levy on merchants within capitamall and increase the take up rate...

Is your credit limit 4X of your monthly income? For AMEX cards, each card has a separate credit limit. As such, if your existing AMEX card is already close to 4X of monthly income, maybe you can make a request to lower the existing AMEX Card limit for them to reconsider issuing you the CapitaCard.

$1200 minimum spending per month for free parking. Is there any mention that this $1200 must be made in capita mall?
Editted: Just got a reply from them, saying any spending not within the excluded list is considered for the complimentary parking.
