china market cannot buy lah else would have choosen webox in 2016
a lot of apps installation limitation
1 of them is no install of vpn allowed...of cos we can set at router level

zidoo is next hell of class :s13::s13::s13:

what's wrong with andorid 7 and why need more than 16GB?

what features of android 8,9,10,11 are good for TV box compared to android 7?

Mi Box S is still the best sub S$100 Android TV box in Singapore.

Mvidia Shield TV non-Pro (for streaming) and Pro (for streaming plus gaming) are the best boxes money can buy if you are okay with the high cost.

Amazon FireTV Stick 4K and FireTV Cube 2.0 are also good boxes but they are not as good in Singapore compared to in US.

If you do not need Netflix, then boxes like Mecool KM1 (Google certified Android TV OS, but not Netflix certified) can also be considered.

No need box.

Take note what you get from the Play Store is the international version. Not so sure if subscription is easy or not with a Singapore mobile number. I remember Singapore number is not supported last time I checked.

WeTV (international version of Tencent Video) and iQiyi International version support Singapore mobile phone number. Youku supports Singapore number as well.

Edit to add: Singapore phone number is not supported by Mango TV international version, only mainland China, Taiwan, HK and Macau phone numbers are supported.

Want easy ui and prestalled apps? EVPad, UBoX and Svicloud

DIY but popular box Mibox

DIY cheap but ok box H96, A95X

DIY = go download apk yourself

Nvidia Shield for gaming etc.
