Anyone know if we can watch Mewatch from android box purchased at Shopee?

it will work properly on goggle certified boxes, such as mitv stick, mibox s, mecool km2 etc or android tv/google tv.

will not work, or not working properly on boxes based on mobile android.

so better go for google certified box. shopee has many sellers.

i dont think got anything to do with the network. I try it on many different network and device. All give the same result. On phone is a little better. live channels work but on most other device even smart tv it fail.

Oh like that means mewatch's server ownself cui. Their ads load very slowly too.

i dont think is mewatch server, i suspect their app is not design to maximise ui interface.
They are more concern on displaying items and it become so complicated to use.
it is more a design and programming or in short a technical issue.

mewatch loading is quite heavy often break out intermittence. The live tv channels often dont work.

I have meWatch on both Mi TV Stick and Android box. Watching meWatch on Mi TV Stick is more better than Android box.

android box is using a version of mewatch designed for handphone/tablet, most of the time, it had problems such as no live tv or vod stop for no reason. the same version, when run on hp/tablet, works well without such probblem.

there is another version of mewatch designed for androidtv os, for certified boxes such as mitv stick, mibox s, km2..etc, works very well on these boxes.

if you are talking about free apps, go for kodi. what you need is a few addons.

for english, it is easy to find (ask google).

for chinese, duboku, ysdq, dramacool, icdrama are good.

if you find it is too troublesome to run kodi, install emotn store, then use shared code 202096 to install one or more apps recommended there.

I tried the duboku add-on via repo lime / cywteow (searched from Google) and both having errors with some dependencies / scripts. Any solution or guides?

the movie section of duboku addon is not working. the rest should work well.

if you have dependencies problem during installation, run vpn and set to germany before installing addons. this should solve the problem.

after the installation, run kodi without vpn.

- Denon S216 soundbar
- mecool km7 android box

Shld I connect the HDMI from S216 to Mecool to TV?

Okay thanks. Is this the optimal setup? Paiseh newbie to soundbar and tv box haha.
Previously I think briefly saw someone mentioned they connect soundbar to tv box for the Dolby effect or something.

is it you cannot find the app after installation. If so, try this installed sideload manager. After that start sideload and u should find your app

Managed to installed, open the apps n select the movie. However, when the streaming link r popping out. Somehow it hangs and jump out to the apps main page..
