As long as they don't see blood spurting out, or patient come in unconscious, it's not serious enough for them...Now go A&E standard time is 2-3 hours minimum to see the loctor and unless you are really life or death even if it’s cases like fall until bone fracture also must wait that long.

Umm, it's a no brainer if you're gonna spread legs open wide wide. Of course there's going to be high amount of patients?
Want the good things like gdp growth but cannot cater to the demand of medical treatment? How many neighbourhood 24hrs clinics available? Why not trial 24hours polyclinics? What happened to training skilled medical workforce to cater to the influx? Hindsight much?
