Where did they buy the alternative batteries from ?

is the original batteries and original replacement batteries even safe?
all PMA batteries come originally with lead acid batteries. these don't catch fire no matter how you abuse them. the trouble starts when lithium ion battery replacements are ordered online, installed and used until it's depleted. lithium ion batteries will catch fire as an internal short circuit gradually builds up between the anode & cathode, as the battery wears out after 1-3 years. there is no way to prevent fires from happening except replacing them after the battery capacity is used up

Every time I saw a pmd fire news report, they wouldn’t report on brand of pmd, brand of original battery and brand of replaced battery

Granted that all these info (except for brand of pmd) may not be available to the reporter at first instance, was it reported anywhere else with more info pertaining to all those fire outbreaks ?

Yea...my blk also hv. But is those like 1st gen smaller sized pma. Old folks with mobility issues using.

Not so big like those food deliverers. Which r faster n more powerful. If get bang by those at high speeds will fly.
Eventually all will use larger ones... Not because of speed. Because of safety.

the brand is unimportant. none of these PMAs will catch fire if lead acid batteries are installed as per original specs

It is important. In fact all info are important. I’m not challenging you, it is just that I always like all info to be independently available and all laid out side by side

it is like if it is always the same restaurant getting into the news like spize, then even if you vouch it is safe and that u indeed went to eat yourself and is ok, I still wouldn’t want to go spize and like to know of other options

gov releasing all data on the brands and the battery info on each and every of the fire outbreaks would be what I hope gov or the media will do

just to be clear, nothing against you. I only wish that the rest of the public like me gets to know more on this matter
