Need to replace my current instant water heater. Current water heater is from Joven.

Only looking for instant water heater. No need to discuss storage tank better or not.

Looking for something reliable. Not into Mistral, Champs, etc. These have really bad reviews online.

Not sure if I want a Joven replacement.

Currently considering Toshiba but not a lot of places carrying this brand.

Any other brands that I should be looking at?

Budget around mid $150 to $180.

Going to tenant out the room so don't have to be a super good and expensive water heater. Just something reliable that won't break down for as long as possible.

I’m more interested in where to look for licensed electrician to help with installation

I feel this is more important

Anyone got good recommendations?

If not convenient to share, can pm me .thanks

Use the electrician that comes with the store selling the instant water heater.

Most stand-alone electricians charge much more.
