The property area of Antares is depressed. Also the reason why the sales is not good. Although it is a leasehold (corrected), u will have a hard time selling back to market in the future.

I will choose Penrose at aljunied mrt between these 2.
Sims urban oasis sold out 100%, TRE residences sold out 100%, park place residences sold out 100%, parc esta sold 90%, the m first day 70% sold.
The sales already explain everything quite clearly here. Demand stronger than supply in this area. It means a greater chance on capital appreciation. Not to mention the rental in D14 is really good.
The Bugis transformation, kallang development, bidadari/woodleigh together with paya lebar quarter business hub, geylang rezoning. It is happening right now and it is where u wanna position yourself in to have a better edge.
U are at the right path choosing property in this area.

Think antares better choice due to its location near mrt, landed and hawker. Bus stop there goes to many places too orchard, toa payoh, bishan, katong. Redhill.

Only drawback is the area bit old. But going to be revamped anyways.

got rah... walk across got the sims vista market and fc, then opposite it got one coffeeshop the caipng not bad. haha. cheap summore. 2 meat 1 veg, like 3.60$.

or...i know wat u mean now. the people who stay there very atas, don't eat caipng type isit? :LOL. SUO rental quite ok my fren bot1 bedder tehn exit liao
