254 units sold for Antares v 509 units sold for Penrose. If we compare absolute number of units sold Penrose won though :s13:

Percentage wise not far too 95% v 90%, Penrose was launched one year later too

In this seller’s market, it’s quite disappointing tbh :(
Despite being drummed up non stop by expresswayinvestor40.

Actually, Antares sales have been slow for the longest time. Just pick up and went turbo recently. Think not many units left. I've seen both and do like Antares a bit better since it's super near to the MRT . The bad point may be too near to many holy ground. Penrose actually not that near to MRT even though agents keep telling me 5 min to walk to MRT . I tried and it took me 10 min. Pricing wise Penrose is really attractive during launch.

I think antares is better too. Underrated and under radar maybe cos lack of marketing. And a few higher profile and more expensive developments in the region.

Decent growth potential in that area and just next to mrt. Churches there are ok I think, quieter and not as noisy or smoky as temples.

Antares probably mainly good for being near MRT and neighborhood amenities, for its initial launch price.

But think the vibe of the vicinity and lack of plans (and space) for major developments near term mean not really exciting prospect. But if own stay and prioritize MRT access for a no-frills location, think early buyers are ok.

Antares considered small development ( some may even say boutique- like)

One presenter advise viewers ‘not to stay at Matter’. Again it is ones personal choice.

Antares now left with 3 units, likely to sell out 100% by end of the year.

Anyone knows what is the number of units left at Penrose?
