For P/T, there would be many group assignments. And when forming groups on the 1st lesson, its heng suay. Sometimes, you may even team up with someone who did not attend.

As working adults, of course everyone has a different situation and educational background. Some very good, on the ball, some standard chui, but still quite on the ball. Some totally MIA and one might even have to appeal to "kick" that person out of the group.

Was a staff there

in terms of world standings, not in top 300 of world uni rankings... too new

but in local recognition, at least its a valid official local uni, and accepted by gahmen for hiring as grads

still ranked 6th at local uni placings, behind nus, ntu, smu, sit, sutd, suss

but suss is the only uni that offers easy entry to social science/humanities/biz degree programmes

For FT courses
SIT and SUSS mainly caters to poly kias la
But only thing about SIT is their trimester systems that screws many
SUSS requires alot of self study lor

If can best is too choose top 3 uni la, bobian then the remaining ones lor

Ya but compared to poly (which is mainly where these students came from), poly has 20 studying weeks then minimally 6 weeks of holidays, whereby SIT has 14 studying weeks and 3/4 weeks of holiday.

Uni supposed to be more in-depth study mah, why squeeze untill like that

SIT students also don’t grad the usual timing as all other uni, making it an awkward gap between grad and looking for employment

It is the same in big 3, except that there is a longer holiday of 12-13 weeks after sem 2, because lack of the trimester .

These recent graduates from big 3, Correct me if I wrong, I heard there is some program experimenting with half semester course, where ppl take final sexam during the mid term exam.
