Am looking at installing false ceiling, add electrical points and install lights/ceiling fans for my new condo. As there is nothing much to be done, am just thinking of hiring handyman/contractor/electrician. Usually electrician don't do false ceiling right? So I need to find contractor who does false ceiling and electrical works? Anyone has good experience to recommend can PM as well.

Not the other way round contractor jiak ID jiak homes owner
I saw the taichi-ed problem for myself. Not sure whether to blame ID or contractor, tbh.

The homeowner was already advised against having someone else work on an overlapping part which the ID's own contractor had worked on. *shrugs*

For those who get bto or resale that got ample time . Most important ask yourself whether need ID designer boh. Which very costly.

You can use contractor method
Split it into different sections

Kitchen
Toilet
Living
Bedroom
And whether you need to do demolition or hacking.

Kitchen carpentry can give Reno contractor and tiles laying and toilet.
Painting and plastering you can get your guys
Electrical work can get LEW especially if you purchase lighting accessories can ask them to recommend good LEW company. As for Aircon ( don't be lazy go shopping) confirm got people do installation if you buy Aircon.
