A lot of IDs are useless if you ask me.
Meet too many due to my job and most of them only know how to talk but do little or lousy.

If all ID are good then we won't have a thread here asking for ID recommendation. The truth is there are many bad apples out there coupled with incapable ID. I have heard so many bad examples from my colleagues and relatives to know that.

quite common, should be a red flag to you that the company doesn't prioritize your project maybe due to perceived low profit?

Yes, my project is smaller scale with lower budget.

actually its fairly common currently. many keys collected recent weeks for BTO and TOP for a few new-built (Normanton, Tampines) so there are many ongoing projects for the popular IDs.

its more a red flag if someone tells you things are slow now.
