I have been really blessed and lucky with my ID. Even after 1-year post reno, she has been very responsive and responsible on some wear-tear items which we have faced. Have recommended friends and colleagues to her and they have nothing but good comments working with her till date.

I don't think she's the best in the industry but would strong recommend her if you have looked around (it's still important to look around to consider your options) and have failed to secure one to your satisfaction.

FYI tho, her ID company is not the cheapest around... if you are on a very low budget, than might nt be suitable for u.
can you recommend and pm your ID? keen on engaging :)

i finally found and engaged one maincon. so far so good it seems. 30yrs in the biz, exp w him been good, quote good and payment milestone also fair. in fact only this and another maincon i asked for quote from who has been in the biz for 40+ yrs gave fair payment milestone upfront. all the IDs more of less ask for 60% before/upon start with last tranche 5% and they have less than 5-10 yrs of existence. these old birds have little to no google reviews is what i observed. fingers crossed.
Hi, possible to share your maincon contacts via PM? TIA~

Thanks, i decided to go with HFH. Mostly good reviews on Google, competitive pricing and positive exp interacting with the person assigned to my project (reply my queries and prepare quotation promptly, and he will point out issues i may face if i want to do certain things). He even bought us to tile shops nearby to teach us how to choose tiles (something that i was not expecting from a main contractor), and along the way, he will share with us how to save money on our project/furniture purchase.

Reno havnt start yet, I may share more as the project goes along.
Just to check, how is the reno experience with HFH?

It was okay, won't give them full marks but not bad either.

I think they did a good job with the tiling. Carpentry is decent too, jus make sure u be extreme clear even to the most minute detail. Their electrician is helpful too. Help me replace the lightbulb of out spotlight that we kept from the previous owner and tot me how to do it along the way. The in charge was highly responsive to our queries and to request for remedies. Some of the minor things they also nvr charge us (but this really depends on how u interact with the contractor)

But only issue is with their plumber. Wont say they did a bad job but very ah beng style that I find it hard to communicate with.
