If like that maybe should consider Nissan NV350 instead. Seems like seat removal is built in, maybe can skip step no need go for LTA approval.

Don't think applicable to the nv350 sold here. If need seats try Toyota hiace super GL. Comes with 1 row of preinstalled LTA approved seats.
