haha our business doesn't require a hi-ace capacity, just need to transport tools and some cages (we deal with pets) and also my gf drives it mostly so...

Hi want to ask, for guaranteed 3 bid coe (no top-up), have anyone faced any situation when after 3 bids the authorised AD tell u that they cannot get the COE and make u top up?
