Can get pretty decent family compact sedans at $70-80K segment. New Cerato and Elantra.. and Stonic (crossover). Decent looking, well equipped, value for money.

From a value and style perspective, these over Altis for me

Just go and get a brand new K3 or Avante basic model. Should be around 70K and enjoy a 5 years warranty. Worry free.

Is hard to say. Usually Conti car is high maintenance cost. I do have friend switch from high end BMW to Lexus. In term of maintenance is world of different.
