It is about S$1.3 mil. Can walk to good eateries in Kovan. Not far from mrt and Heartland mall. But still more convenient to have a car.

My loan was actually in SGD.

Can park Estima and got big kitchen and big living room on 1st floor. Second floor 2 more bedrooms with 1 below too. Built up 1700sq ft.
My estate got even 889 sq ft land I think rebuilt sold for 1.8mil.
