This is uncertain.

But I heard 2 cases delaying withdrawal of CPF life until 70 yo. They have lots of cash outside and let money sit in CPF life longer.

(Check your health, your mileage may differs)

My brother delayed payout till 70. He is in his early 70s now. And no, he is not a high flyer. In fact, he was self-employed in his younger days and hardly had any CPF. Between 55 to 70, he did delivery jobs.

usually will top up at the start of the year so that entire year contribution can hit $37.74K limit
if exceed after CPF contributions from employment, CPF board will refund with interests the excess cash top up by year end

Already done it in Jan 2025. That is best way to earn the 4% interest guaranteed

Once you put in, your $$$ will be trapped till 65 or maybe even 70 next time then can take out monthly or touch word, what happened before you reach the cpf life payout, you already in another world liao.

Its a joke when some people keep on changing cash is power....

Alot of people can afford it so they top up.........here alot of middle class folks who topped up.....
