Not in that sense. My China friends says PDD never vet the sellers unlike TB or JD 京东. Also their CS sucks. If you got any issues with your purchases then good luck.

How is JD? In the past quite hard to buy because of payment and overseas shipping, now is straight forward like TB?

Maybe the person who told me need to pay also mistaken that this portion is the Singapore shipping charges but actually it's just the GST.

My taobao always pay for product first, den another round for shipping after reach warehouse

If you choose 直运 should be direct shipping, 1 payment e2e.

But if u choose (or are limited to) 集运 then its multiple payments to complete it.
GST per step, and Cc surcharge per step too.

Not sure why people likes pdd. Even my Chinese friends avoid it at all costs. They say it sells crap products and the CS is bad. The main thing is having to download the app from the website and install it from apk. That to me raises a red flag. You never know what "additional" code are included in the app.

Agreed, my tiongbu line worker also ask why dun stay on tb cos tb have stronger protection for buyer and usually will side buyer one, have local return and expedited refund if ticketed validly

The portion after "去集运" like this...is payable it seemed however, the other 9 items have not reach this "去集运" portion.

Possible. New users has this offer called "无门槛包邮". I guessed it means need not accumulate to RMB99 to qualify for free shipping to Singapore. I asked the seller what they meant by "无门槛包邮", few of them said "sorry I don't know". I guess those are offer from pdd and not the sellers. Thus sellers don't know.

Not sure if someone mentioned, one key trick is always choose the first filter as "free shipping to Singapore", then only you search and select your products from there to ensure all are free shipping to Singapore.
